Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Regulations 2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Act 1989.

1. Amendment
1.1 The Therapetic Goods (Charges) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

s. 48]
2. Regulation 3 (Charges)
2.1 Subparagraph 3 (2) (b) (iii):
Omit “device that is, or is represented to be, sterile;”, substitute “a single therapeutic device;”.
3. Regulation 4 (Charges not payable when turnover is of low volume and low value)
3.1 Paragraphs 4 (2) (a) and (b):
Omit “fee”, substitute “charge”.
