A Bill for an Act to modify the operation of the Drugs of Dependence (Personal Use) Amendment Act 2022 (ACT)
The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title
This Act is the Australian Capital Territory Dangerous Drugs Act 2023.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3 Modifying the operation of the Drugs of Dependence (Personal Use) Amendment Act 2022 (ACT)
The Drugs of Dependence (Personal Use) Amendment Act 2022 (ACT) has no force or effect as a law of the Australian Capital Territory, except as regards the lawfulness or validity of anything done in accordance with that Act before the commencement of this Act.
