A Bill for an Act to make amendments of the Student Loans (Overseas Debtors Repayment Levy) Act 2015 that are consequential on the enactment of the Trade Support Loans Amendment Act 2023, and for related purposes
The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title
This Act is the Student Loans (Overseas Debtors Repayment Levy) Amendment Act 2023.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Student Loans (Overseas Debtors Repayment Levy) Act 2015
1 Section 3 (paragraph (b) of the definition of overseas debtors repayment levy)
Omit “Trade Support Loans Act 2014”, substitute “Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans Act 2014”.
2 Section 5
Omit “Trade Support Loans Act 2014”, substitute “Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans Act 2014”.
