CARRIER LICENCE

The Australian Communications and Media Authority gives notice under subsection 56(3) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (“the Act”) that on 18 May 2021 a carrier licence was granted to Optitel Pty Ltd (ACN: 605 640 686) under subsection 56(1) of the Act.

NOTES - CONDITIONS OF CARRIER LICENCES

Note:      See Division 3 of Part 3 of the Telecommunications Act 1997, which provides for the conditions of a carrier licence and contains other provisions relating to those conditions.
