Acts of Parliament assented to

 

It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 26 March 2021 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:

     No. 25 of 2021—An Act to amend the Fair Work Act 2009, and for related purposes. (Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia’s Jobs and Economic Recovery) Act 2021).

     No. 26 of 2021—An Act to amend the law relating to family assistance, and for related purposes. (Family Assistance Legislation Amendment (Early Childhood Education and Care Coronavirus Response and Other Measures) Act 2021).

     No. 27 of 2021—An Act relating to the environmental management of industrial chemicals, and for other purposes. (Industrial Chemicals Environmental Management (Register) Act 2021).

     No. 28 of 2021—An Act to impose charge on registered introducers of industrial chemicals, so far as that charge is a duty of customs, and for related purposes. (Industrial Chemicals Environmental Management (Register) Charge (Customs) Act 2021).

     No. 29 of 2021—An Act to impose charge on registered introducers of industrial chemicals, so far as that charge is a duty of excise, and for related purposes. (Industrial Chemicals Environmental Management (Register) Charge (Excise) Act 2021).

     No. 30 of 2021—An Act to impose charge on registered introducers of industrial chemicals, so far as that charge is neither a duty of customs nor a duty of excise, and for related purposes. (Industrial Chemicals Environmental Management (Register) Charge (General) Act 2021).

     No. 31 of 2021—An Act to amend the law relating to industrial chemicals, and for related purposes. (Industrial Chemicals Legislation Amendment Act 2021).

     No. 32 of 2021—An Act to amend the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 and to apply that Act to various Commonwealth Acts, and for related purposes. (Regulatory Powers (Standardisation Reform) Act 2021).
