VARIATION OF PIPELINE LICENCE WA-16-PL

(PLUTO GAS EXPORT PIPELINE)

 

I, GRAEME ALBERT WATERS, the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Commonwealth–Western Australia Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority hereby vary Pipeline Licence WA‑16‑PL, dated 26 June 2008 (Licence), for which:

 

Woodside Burrup Pty. Ltd.

(ACN 120 237 416)

 

Kansai Electric Power Australia Pty Ltd

(ACN 126 720 732)

 

Tokyo Gas Pluto Pty Ltd

(ACN 126 462 744)

 

are the registered titleholders, as set out below.

 

The variation takes effect on the day on which this notice of variation is published in the Australian Government Gazette.

1.      The Basis of Design section in Specifications is varied only by deleting Items 9, 12, 14 and 28 and replacing those items with the following:

The rest of the Basis of Design section in Specifications remains as stated in the Licence instrument dated 26 June 2008 and as varied on 8 April 2010.

 

2.      The Route of the Pipeline is varied by including the as-constructed pipeline coordinates tables as follows:
