I, NOLA MARINO, Assistant Minister for Regional Development and Territories, in accordance with subsection 15(1) of the Jervis Bay Territory Emergency Management Ordinance 2015;

BEING SATISFIED THAT an emergency is endangering, or is threatening to endanger, the safety or health of persons in the Jervis Bay Territory to a significant and widespread extent;

DECLARE that a state of emergency exists in the whole of the Jervis Bay Territory for the period starting when this declaration is made on 24 April 2020 to the end of 23 May 2020.
