Rectification Details - Act Compilation

Reason for Rectification

To correct the spelling of the word “assessment” in the definition of “original assessment date” in subsection 136(1) as it was misspelt during the compilation process.

To re-insert round brackets in the formulas in section 152A as they were incorrectly changed during the compilation process.
