Norfolk Island Government Tourist Bureau Regulations

Short title

      1.         These Regulations may be cited as the Norfolk Island Government Tourist Bureau Regulations.

Prescribed number of members of association or body of persons

      2.         For the purpose of section 5(1) of the Norfolk Island Government Tourist Bureau Act 1980 the prescribed number of members is 15.

Constitution of Bureau

      3.         For the purposes of paragraph 4(1)(b) of the Norfolk Island Government Tourist Bureau Act 1980, the prescribed number is 5.
