1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Quarantine (Cocos Islands) Repeal Regulations 2004.

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on 1 January 2005.

3              Quarantine (Cocos Islands) Regulations 1982 — repeal

                The Quarantine (Cocos Islands) Regulations 1982 are repealed.
