Ozone Protection (Licence Fees— Manufacture) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Ozone Protection (Licence Fees—Manufacture) Act 1989.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ozone Protection (Licence Fees—Manufacture) Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations:

“the Act” means the Ozone Protection (Licence Fees—Manufacture) Act 1989.

Rate of fee

3. For the purposes of subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the rate of 1.609 cents for each kilogram of a scheduled substance is fixed.
