Ozone Protection (HCFC, HBFC and Methyl Bromide) Regulations (Repeal)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Ozone Protection Act 1989.

1. Repeal of the Ozone Protection (HCFC, HBFC and Methyl Bromide) Regulations

1.1 Statutory Rules 1993 No. 359 and 1994 No. 136 are repealed.
