Honey Export Charge Collection Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Honey Export Charge Collection Act 1973.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 January 1991.

2. Amendment

2.1 The Honey Export Charge Collection Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Regulation 4 (Manner of payment of charge)

3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:

Manner of payment of charge

“4. The payment of the charge or other amounts payable to the Commonwealth by an exporter under the Act with respect to honey exported from Australia must be made at the office of the Department in Canberra.”.
