Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1982.

2. Regulation 8 of the Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Prescribed period for purposes of paragraph 9 (1) (a) of the Act
"8. For the purposes of paragraph 9 (1) (a) of the Act, the period of one year commencing on 1 July 1982 is the prescribed period with respect to dairy products of the kinds specified in column 1 of Schedule 3.".

Schedule 1

3. Schedule 1 to the Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy Regulations is amended-
(a) by inserting-
"Gouda"
after-
"Gorgonzola"; and
(b) by omitting-
"Monterey".

Schedule 2

4. Schedule 2 to the Dairy Industry Stabilization Levy Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
