Broadcasting and Television (Special Broadcasting Service) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council hereby make the following Regulations under the Broadcasting Act 1942.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Broadcasting and Television (Special Broadcasting Service) Regulations.

Interpretation

2. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "and Television".

3. The Principal Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following regulation:

Allowances prescribed for the purpose of subsection 125F (3) of the Act

"4. For the purpose of subsection 125F (3) of the Act, the following allowances are prescribed, namely the allowances payable to an officer of the Australian Public Service holding an office having a classification of Senior Executive Level 5.''.
