Audit Regulations² (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Audit Act 1901.

Schedule 1

Schedule 1 to the Audit Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting items 5a and 5b in Part 1 and substituting the following item:

“5a The Trustees of The Canberra Public Cemeteries                      3          Va”;

and

(b) by omitting from Part Va—

“CANBERRA PUBLIC CEMETERY—WODEN—TRUST

CANBERRA PUBLIC CEMETERY—GUNGAHLIN—TRUST”

and substituting—

“THE TRUSTEES OF THE CANBERRA PUBLIC CEMETERIES”.
