A Bill for an Act to approve and provide for the carrying out of an Agreement entered into between the Commonwealth of Australia and the States of New South Wales and Queensland respecting the Construction of a Railway of Standard Gauge between Kyogle and South Brisbane and the Re-grading and Re-laying of the Railway between Grafton and Kyogle and to authorize the Raising and Expending of Moneys for the purposes of the Agreement.
