There is no Act No. 38 in the Acts of the Parliament of the Commonwealth for 2001. The Governor-General cancelled his signature by which he purported to assent to the Bill which was published as an Act with that number. (See notification in Commonwealth of Australia Gazette No. GN 25 dated 27 June 2001, page 1683).
