REGULATIONS UNDER THE BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION ACT 1942-1972.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Broadcasting and Television Act 1942-1972.

Amendment of the Broadcasting and Television Regulations†
Travelling allowances.
1. Regulation 28 of the Broadcasting and Television Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2.) and inserting in its stead the following paragraphs:—
“(a) in the case of a member of the Board, not being a part-time member of the Board—at the rate of Twenty-five dollars per day;
(aa) in the case of the General Manager of the Commission—at the rate of Thirty-four dollars per day; or”.
Application.
2. The rates specified in sub-regulation (2.) of regulation 28 of the Broadcasting and Television Regulations as amended by these Regulations apply—
(a) in relation to travelling allowance paid or payable to a member of the Board, other than a part-time member of the Board—in respect of travel on the twenty-fourth day of January, 1972, or any subsequent day; and
(b) in relation to travelling allowance paid or payable to the General Manager of the Commission—in respect of travel on the seventeenth day of May, 1972, or any subsequent day.
