REGULATIONS UNDER THE MEAT EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1935.*
I, THE GOVERNOR GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Meat Export Control Act 1935.

Meat Export Control (Banking) Regulations.
Citation.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Meat Export Control (Banking) Regulations.
Signing of cheques.
2. Cheques drawn on any account referred to in section twenty-two of the Meat Export Control Act 1935 shall be signed by any two members of the Executive Committee of the Board and countersigned by the Secretary to the Board:
Provided that any cheque for an amount not exceeding Fifty pounds drawn on any such account may be signed by one member of the Executive Committee of the Board and countersigned by the Secretary to the Board:
Provided further that when the Secretary to the Board is absent from duty cheques may be countersigned by the officer for the time being acting as Secretary to the Board.
