REGULATIONS UNDER THE GOLD BOUNTY ACT 1930-1931.

(Second Amendment.)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the following Regulations under the Gold Bounty Act 1930-1931 to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of Gold Bounty Regulations 1931.

(Statutory Rules 1931, No. 21, as amended to this date.)

1. Regulation 4 of the Gold Bounty Regulations is amended by inserting after the words “Form B” the words “or Form B1”.

2. The Schedule to the Gold Bounty Regulations is amended by omitting Form B. and inserting in lieu thereof the following forms:—
