REGULATION UNDER THE “DISTILLATION ACT 1901.”
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Distillation Act 1901, to come into operation forthwith.

Spirits for Export.
Notwithstanding anything contained in Regulation 47 of the Regulations in the Schedule to the Distillation Act 1901, the Comptroller-General may permit casks or vessels of less, than ten imperial gallons capacity to be taken into a spirit store to be filled with spirits intended for export, and the casks or vessels when so filled may, subject to the Act and Regulations, be delivered from the spirit store to enable the spirits to be exported.
