NOTICE OF MAKING THE SNAPPER ISLAND

HERITAGE MANAGEMENT PLAN 2026

The Minister for Finance gives notice, as required under subsection 341S(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, that a plan to protect and manage the Commonwealth Heritage values of Snapper Island has been made. The plan is known as the Snapper Island Heritage Management Plan 2026. The plan is available on the Federal Register of Legislation through www.legislation.gov.au.
