I, Joanna Stanion, delegate of the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Determination under subsection 32(1A) of the Primary Industries Research and Development Act 1989 (PIRD Act) as it continues to apply under subitem 4(2) of Schedule 4 to the Primary Industries (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Act 2024 in relation to the financial year beginning on 1 July 2024.

For the purposes of subsection 32(1A) of the PIRD Act, the amount of the gross value of production of grain (in relation to which a levy has been attached under paragraph 5(1)(a) of the PIRD Act to the Grains Research and Development Corporation) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2024 and ending on 30 June 2025 is determined to be $26,866,267,000.
