Parliamentary Service (Remuneration) Amendment (Clerk of the House of Representatives) Determination 2022

I, The Hon Andrew Wallace MP, Speaker of the House of Representatives, after having received and taken account of, advice from the Remuneration Tribunal, make the following amendment determination under subsection 63(1) of the Parliamentary Service Act 1999.

This Determination commences on and from 1 July 2022.

Remuneration and other conditions of employment

Clause 2.1

Repeal the clause, substitute:

2.1 The Clerk will be eligible for total remuneration of $455,590 per annum, expected to be adjusted annually once advice is received from the Remuneration Tribunal.
