An Act to amend the Health Insurance Act 1973, and for related purposes

The Parliament of Australia enacts:
This Act is the Health Insurance Amendment (Prescribed Fees) Act 2021.
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 Subsection 3DB(3)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(3) An application under subsection (1) or (2) must be in writing.
Omit “and on payment of the prescribed fee”.
