Acts of Parliament assented to

It is hereby notified, for general information, that His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name of Her Majesty, assented on 24 March 2020 to the undermentioned Acts passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in the Parliament assembled, viz.:

 No. 22 of 2020—An Act to provide an economic response, and deal with other matters, relating to the coronavirus, and for related purposes. (Coronavirus Economic Response Package Omnibus Act 2020).

 No. 23 of 2020—An Act to provide for a cash flow boost relating to the coronavirus, and for related purposes. (Boosting Cash Flow for Employers (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act 2020).

 No. 24 of 2020—An Act to appropriate money for community, regional and industry support as part of the Coronavirus Economic Response, and for related purposes. (Assistance for Severely Affected Regions (Special Appropriation) (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act 2020).

 No. 25 of 2020—An Act to appropriate additional money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the ordinary annual services of the Government in relation to the Coronavirus Economic Response, and for related purposes. (Appropriation (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act (No. 1) 2019-2020).

 No. 26 of 2020—An Act to appropriate additional money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for certain expenditure in relation to the Coronavirus Economic Response, and for related purposes. (Appropriation (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act (No. 2) 2019-2020).

 No. 27 of 2020—An Act to establish the Structured Finance Support (Coronavirus Economic Response) Fund, and for related purposes. (Structured Finance Support (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act 2020).

 No. 28 of 2020—An Act about Commonwealth investment in the Australian Business Growth Fund, and for related purposes. (Australian Business Growth Fund (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act 2020).

 No. 29 of 2020—An Act about loan guarantees, and for related purposes. (Guarantee of Lending to Small and Medium Enterprises (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act 2020).

 No. 30 of 2020—An Act to appropriate money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the ordinary annual services of the Government, and for related purposes. (Supply Act (No. 1)
2020-2021).

 No. 31 of 2020—An Act to appropriate money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for certain expenditure, and for related purposes. (Supply Act (No. 2) 2020-2021).

 No. 32 of 2020—An Act to appropriate money out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for expenditure in relation to the Parliamentary Departments, and for related purposes. (Supply (Parliamentary Departments) Act (No. 1) 2020-2021).
