I, Gary Prosser, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to sub-section 35(1) of the Shipping Registration Regulations, hereby approve Hobart in the state of Tasmania as a home port for the purposes of shipping registration.
