It is notified for general information that the Governor-General has approved the following Instruments to the Declarations and Determinations governing the award of:

• The Australian Active Service Medal with Clasp ‘ICAT’
• The Afghanistan Medal
• Australian Operational Service Medal (Civilian) with Clasp ‘ICAT’
• Australian Operational Service Medal – Greater Middle East Operation
• Australian Operational Service Medal (Civilian) with Clasp ‘G.M.E.OPS’
