I, Irina Tsyganova, delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health and Ageing for the purposes of section 41GP of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act), hereby publish particulars of the cancellation of some medical device from an entry on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) under paragraph 41GN(1) of the Act and variation to the ARTG entry under paragraph 41GO(2) accordingly:

Reason:

Part of the certification made under section 41FD of the Act in relation to the application for inclusion of the kind of device in the Register is no longer correct and the devices are not the same kind of device as included under the ARTG entry.
