REGULATION UNDER THE WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 19051

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1905.

AMENDMENT OF THE WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY REGULATIONS2

The Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations is amended by Schedule inserting after item 5 the following item:

"5A Citizen band radio station 25 "
