Trade Commissioners Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Trade Commissioners Act 1933.

Amendments relating to designations of Commissioners

The Trade Commissioners Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

AMENDMENTS RELATING TO DESIGNATIONS OF COMMISSIONERS

Provision amended	Amendment
Sub-paragraph 6(1) (a) (ii)	Omit "who is classified as Trade Commissioner Grade C", substitute "whose designation is Trade Commissioner, Grade C, or Trade Commissioner, Grade D".
Paragraph 7 (2) (a).....	Omit "who is classified as a Trade Commissioner Grade C", substitute "whose designation is Trade Commissioner, Grade C, or Trade Commissioner, Grade D".
Paragraph 32 (1) (d)....	(a) Omit "Assistant". (b) Omit "1", substitute "D".
Paragraph 32 (1) (e)....	Omit "2", substitute "1".
Paragraph 32 (1) (f)....	Omit "3", substitute "2".
