Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration No. 16

I, KIM CHRISTIAN BEAZLEY, Minister for Finance, make the following Declaration under subsection 3(1) of the Superannuation Act 1976.

Citation

 1. This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration No. 16.

(NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.)

Approved Authority

 2. For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of “approved authority” in subsection 3 (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976, the Forest and Wood Products Research and Development Corporation is declared to be an approved authority for the purposes of that Act.
