Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority
Declaration No. 4
I, JOHN NORMAN BUTTON, Minister of State for Industry, Technology and Commerce acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for Finance, make the following Declaration under subsection 3 (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976 and subsection 8 (2) of the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 1990.

Citation
1. This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration No. 4.
Commencement
2. Clause 3 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1990.

3. 4. Each of the authorities or bodies specified in an item in the following table is declared, under paragraph (a) of the definition of “approved authority” in subsection 3 (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976, to be an approved authority for the purposes of that Act with effect from and including the date specified in that item:

Termination of approved authority
5. The Australian Capital Territory Community and Health Service is declared, under paragraph (a) of the definition of “approved authority” in subsection 3 (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976, not to be an
approved authority for the purposes of that Act with effect from and including 31 January 1991.
