Royal Military College Regulations (Repeal)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Commencement

 1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 3 July 1985.

Repeal

 2. Statutory Rules 1951 No. 40, Statutory Rules 1955 No. 76, Statutory Rules 1957 No. 42, Statutory Rules 1958 No. 84, Statutory Rules 1960 Nos. 13 and 55, Statutory Rules 1961 Nos. 40 and 101, Statutory Rules 1962 No. 53, Statutory Rules 1963 No. 146, Statutory Rules 1964 No. 111, Statutory Rules 1965 No. 159, Statutory Rules 1966 Nos. 55 and 138, Statutory Rules 1967 Nos. 12 and 117, Statutory Rules 1969 No. 52, Statutory Rules 1970 Nos. 53 and 184, Statutory Rules 1971 Nos. 15, 51 and 130, Statutory Rules 1972 No. 56, Statutory Rules 1973 No. 161, Statutory Rules 1976 No. 55, Statutory Rules 1981 No. 57, Statutory Rules 1982 No. 332, Statutory Rules 1983 No. 281 and Statutory Rules 1984 No. 402 are repealed.
