Honeybee Research and Development Council Regulations (Repeal)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Primary Industries and Energy Research and Development Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2.   Repeal of the Honeybee Research and Development Council Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1990 No. 64 is repealed.
