Dairy Produce Export Control (Licences) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Act 1924.

Commencement

1. Regulations 2 and 4 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 5 June 1985.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Dairy Produce Export Control (Licences) Regulations.

Conditions and restrictions—general (amendment of sub-regulation 8 (2))

3. Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (2) “or under” after “permitted by”.

Conditions and restrictions—general (retrospective amendments of sub-regulation 8 (2))

4. Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from the table in sub-regulation (2) “950”, “1440” and “1200” and substituting “830”, “1200” and “1000” respectively.

Conditions and restrictions—general (amendment of sub-regulation 8 (3))

5. Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “1 December 1984” from the definition of “Arrangement” in sub-regulation (3) and substituting “noon on 5 June 1985”.
