Bounty and Capitalisation Grants

(Textile Yarns) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Bounty and Capitalisation Grants (Textile Yarns) Act 1981.

Citation

 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Bounty and Capitalisation Grants (Textile Yarns) Regulations.

Interpretation

 2. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Bounty and Capitalisation Grants (Textile Yarns) Act 1981.

Applications for capitalisation grants

3. For the purposes of paragraph 21B (1) (b) of the Act, the period during which an application under section 21A of the Act must be lodged is the period beginning immediately after the commencement of those provisions and ending on 31 December 1991.
