1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Banking (Statistics) Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 July 2000.

3 Amendment of Banking (Statistics) Regulations 1989

  Schedule 1 amends the Banking (Statistics) Regulations 1989.

[1] Paragraphs 6 (2) (a) and (b)

substitute

 (a) is to be prepared as at the close of business on the last day of each month; and

 (b) is to be given to APRA not later than 14 days after the last day of that month; and

1. These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 1989 No. 357, as amended by 1992 No. 396; 1994 No. 417; 1997 No. 24; 1998 No. 198; 1999 No. 142.
