Pig Slaughter Levy Regulations2
(Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and after taking into consideration the recommendation made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Pork Promotion Committee that the amount of $1 be prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Pig Slaughter Levy Act 1971, being the amount last recommended by the Committee to the Minister, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement
1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 March 1987.
Prescribed amount for the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Act
2. Regulation 4 of the Pig Slaughter Levy Regulations is amended by omitting “80 cents” and substituting “$1”.
