Honey Export Charge (Rate of Charge)
Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and having taken into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the Australian Honey Board with respect to the rate of levy to be prescribed for the purpose of paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Honey Export Charge Act 1973, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement
1. These Regulations commence on 1 September 1989.
2. After regulation 3 of the Honey Export Charge (Rate of Charge) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
Rate prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Act
“3A. For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Act, the rate of 0.75 cents per kilogram of honey is prescribed.”.
