Crimes (Protection of Aircraft) Regulations  

 

 

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Crimes (Protection of Aircraft) Act 1973.

Citation

 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Crimes (Protection of Aircraft) Regulations.

 

 

Interpretation

 2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

“the Act” means the Crimes (Protection of Aircraft Act) 1973.

 

 


Prescribed airports for the purposes of section 7 of the Act

 3. For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, the following airports are prescribed:

 (a) each airport, in Australia, that is specified in the Schedule; and

 (b) each airport, serving international civil aviation, that is outside Australia.
