WOOL INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT 1978

An Act to amend section 28a of the Wool Industry Act 1972.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Wool Industry Amendment Act 1978.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Market Support Fund

3. Section 28a of the Wool Industry Act 1972 is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) of the definition of “termination date” in sub-section (18) “1 July 1978” and substituting “1 July 1979”.
