This Act repeals the Imperial Act known as the Merchant Shipping Act 1894 (as amended or affected by any other Imperial Act or Act of the Commonwealth) so far as that Act forms part of the law of the Commonwealth or of an external Territory is repealed. The Merchant Shipping Act 1894 (Imperial) is not available on ComLaw.
