REGULATIONS UNDER THE HIGH COMMISSIONER (UNITED KINGDOM) ACT 1909-1966.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the High Commissioner (United Kingdom) Act 1909-1966.

Amendment of the High Commissioner (Staff) Regulations. †

Fourth Schedule.

1. The Fourth Schedule to the High Commissioner (Staff) Regulations is amended by omitting the words and figures—

“Photoprinter............

and inserting in their stead the words and figures—

Authority for payment of allowances.

2. An officer or employee who in the period that commenced on the first day of January, 1966, and ended on the day immediately before the commencement of these Regulations performed the duties of the office of Photoprinter or Officer-in-Charge, Central Copying Service, shall be paid an allowance of such an amount as would result in the total remuneration of the officer or employee for that period being not less than the total remuneration that would have been payable to the officer or employee in respect of that period if the amendment made toy these Regulations had taken effect on the first day of January, 1966.
