Egg Export Charges

An Act to amend the Egg Export Charges Act 1947 in relation to Decimal Currency.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
Short title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Egg Export Charges Act 1965.
(2.) The Egg Export Charges Act 1947, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Egg Export Charges Act 1947-1965.
Commencement.
2. This Act shall come into operation on the fourteenth day of February, One thousand nine hundred and sixty-six.
The Schedule.
3. The Schedule to the Egg Export Charges Act 1947 is repealed and the following Schedule inserted in its stead:—

Liquid whole egg.................... | 0.5 cents per pound |
Liquid egg white..................... | 0.5 cents per pound |
Liquid egg yolk..................... | 0.5 cents per pound |
Dried whole egg..................... | 1.5 cents per pound |
Sugared dried egg.................... | 1.0 cents per pound |
Dried egg white..................... | 3.0 cents per pound |
