Appropriation.

The sum granted by this Act is appropriated, and shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July One thousand nine hundred and sixty-two, for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule to this Act in respect of the financial year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and sixty-three.
