REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1950.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1950.

Amendment of the Picturegram Regulations.†
Regulation 15 of the Picturegram Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—
Schedule of Rates.
“15.—(1.) The rates for the transmission of picturegrams shall be in accordance with the following table:—
Size of picture to be transmitted. | Rate per picture. |
Within the limits of 7 inches by 5 inches .. .. .. | Three pounds seventeen shillings and sixpence |
Exceeding the limits of 7 inches by 5 inches but not exceeding the limits of 9 inches by 7 inches | Four pounds seventeen shillings and sixpence |
Exceeding the limits of 9 inches by 7 inches but not exceeding the limits of 10 inches by 8 inches | Five pounds twelve shillings and sixpence |
“(2.) For the purposes of sub-regulation (4.) of regulation 18 of these Regulations, the prescribed additional charge for each copy of a multiple picturegram after the first copy is an amount of Ten shillings.”.
