Appropriation.

The sum granted by this Act is appropriated, and shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and fifty-three, for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule to this Act in relation to the financial year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifty-four.
