REGULATION UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CHARGES ACT 1924-1937.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Dairy Produce Export Charges Act 1924-1987.

Amendment of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations.†
Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Regulations is repealed and the following Regulation inserted in its stead :—
Officer to whom moneys to be paid.
“ 4. The officer to whom moneys payable under section 3 of the Dairy Produce Export Charges Act 1924-1937 shall be paid, is the officer holding or occupying in a State the office specified in the following table in respect of that State :—
